BEGINNER - White Belt<\/div>\n

G13BJJ PROGRAM – BEGINNER – White Belt<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Focusing on the quality of teaching, our “Beginner” program aims to make the first contact of the student who never trained Jiu-Jitsu, it is made of a clear, efficient and exciting way! The new student will learn the basic fundamentals of our art, become familiar with the names of the positions, develop their motor skills and balance in the ground, as well as go through our complete curriculum of self-defense, in order to prepare it to be able to defending of any possible aggression situation.<\/p>\n

  • Curriculum: Complete Part of self-defense, basics of Jiu-Jitsu and obligation not to “roll”;<\/li>\n

    INTERMEDIATE - Blue Belt<\/div>\n

    G13BJJ PROGRAM – INTERMEDIATE – Blue Belt<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    After including in a natural way where our fight “happens,” learned the basics and to defend, the student is now with “hunger” for knowledge! Within our intermediate program, the student will have an improvement “solid” both of his takedowns standing as a wide range of ground techniques, and start making the “rolls” with his colleagues of the same belt. Next to that, increase their knowledge of our sport doing our course volume 1 “The History of Jiu-Jitsu”<\/p>\n

      ADVANCED - Purple Belt<\/div>\n

      G13BJJ PROGRAM – ADVANCED – Purple Belt<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Our “Advanced” program is assembled with high-level technical and practicality, intended for purple, brown and black belt students. It is constantly evolving with the growth of the current Jiu-Jitsu. Through proper guidance and regular practice, our students begin to develop and constantly improve your reflexes, speed of attack and defense, transitions between positions, design your “game”, fitness, among others. Here he also develops a stronger bond with your friends as well as training to have more discipline, commitment to a healthier and fitness lifestyle, the real “bjjlifestyle”.<\/p>\n

        • Next Step: Receiving recognition for merit and his black belt recognized by IBJJF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

          Thinking about the well-being and education of our children, the main mission of Team G13BJJ and BJJKIDS program is to help in the formation of his son without interfering with the child’s universe. Merging jokes and playful aspects, we will join the technical areas of the sport. Our greatest achievement will make your child become a great champion within the mat, but much more than that, we want to make sure that with the routine and daily practice of our BJJKIDS program, moral values, practiced on a daily basis within our mats, such as RESPECT, PERSEVERANCE, CONFIDENCE AND DEFENSE, DISCIPLINE, KNOWLEDGE OF ITS LIMITS, among others, are taken to the child’s life in all spheres, balancing BODY and MIND Remember: a safe child, acts and expresses different from others who feel insecure or intimidated.
